Reagan
Registered Dental Assistant
Reagan was born and raised right here in Pea Ridge! Since graduating high school, she attended trade school at Apex Dental Education. She joined our team in 2022 and has since enjoyed learning new things and meeting new people. In her free time, she loves reading, writing, spending time with loved ones, going to the movies, and listening to music. Here’s a fun fact about her: she lived in seven different states before moving to Arkansas.
Alex
Registered Dental Hygienist
With half a decade of experience in the dental field, Alex loves being able to educate her patients on their oral health while making their visits as positive and comfortable as possible. She makes it a priority to promote a safe and friendly space for them to achieve their smile goals. From Bentonville, AR, she studied at Missouri Southern State University to receive her bachelor’s in health science with a minor in biology before getting her license as a dental hygienist. She’s also certified in administering local anesthesia and nitrous oxide, as well as laser therapy.
Other than seeking continuing education to refine her skills and expertise, Alex enjoys being with her husband, their dog, and their loved ones. She also loves running, competing in the Bentonville race series, and going on road trips whenever she can!
Chris
Registered Dental Hygienist
Chris is originally from Grand Junction, Colorado, and has been in the dental field since 1998. She attended the University of Colorado School of Dentistry’s Dental Hygiene Program, earning her bachelor’s degree and becoming a Registered Dental Hygienist. She is also certified in the administration of local anesthetic and nitrous oxide. Since joining our team in 2024, Chris has especially enjoyed building relationships with her patients and helping them maintain and improve the health of their smiles. She also loves working alongside a team that makes the office such a wonderful place to be.
Outside of the office, Chris enjoys spending time with her husband, Steve, and their two golden retrievers and two cats. Their grown daughter, Katie, lives in Missouri. In her free time, Chris loves being outdoors, whether she’s working in the garden, spending time on the lake, or going for a walk. She is also active in her church and enjoys cooking and trying new recipes. Here’s a fun fact about Chris: her husband built the home they live in!
Michelle
Registered Dental Hygienist
Michelle is originally from Green Forest, Arkansas, and has been working in the dental field since 2020. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Arkansas – Fort Smith and is licensed in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide administration, along with being laser and CPR certified. Since joining the Peak Dental Care team, Michelle has especially enjoyed educating patients and helping people in her community achieve healthier, more confident smiles.
Outside of the office, Michelle is happily married and loves spending time with her husband and family, often making trips back to Green Forest to be with them. At home, she enjoys cooking, gardening, catching up on reality TV, and tending to her flock of chickens. She also loves taking long walks and spending time outdoors—a love of nature her parents passed down to her. Whether she’s caring for patients, working in the garden, or keeping up with her chickens, Michelle enjoys the simple things that keep her connected to the people and places she loves most.
Karley
Registered Dental Assistant
Karley is originally from Cimarron, Kansas, and has been working in the dental field since 2020. She began her career as a dental assistant in Kansas, where she received on-the-job training, and earned her official dental assisting license after moving to Arkansas in 2024. Since joining our team, she has especially enjoyed connecting with patients and getting to know the people she helps care for each day.
Outside of the office, Karley loves going to heavy metal concerts with her boyfriend, watching movies, reading, and spending time with her sister and their cat. Her family is very important to her, and she enjoys getting together with her parents and two younger sisters for Sunday dinners. Here’s a fun fact about Karley: before entering the dental field, she worked as a CNA for eight years, specifically caring for patients with Alzheimer’s.
Jennifer
Hygiene Coordinator
Jennifer is originally from Denver! Since joining our team, she has enjoyed solving any problems that arise and keeping all of the moving pieces organized – all in an effort to give our patients the phenomenal experience that they deserve while caring for their smiles.
Jennifer and her husband, Michael, have been married for over 30 years. When she isn’t spending time with him and their three poodles, you’ll most likely find her in her art studio, on a hike, or on the tennis court. Here’s a fun fact about her: growing up, she took a nearly 10,000-mile road trip with her family to Alaska!
